Water should be the only thing that you drink. You need to cut down on any sort of alcoholic drink that you have. When you wake up, start your day off with a glass of water. In the middle if your thirsty have water, if you're at a party opt for water and finally go to sleep having a glass of water. Fill your menu up with fruits and vegetables

These will be able to make you feel like you are full but they won't add the extra pounds to your weight. Another thing you need to keep in mind is that you can't have fruit juices and you need to have plain fruits. These provide you with an instant source of vitamins.
If you wanted to know how to lose weight quickly then this is exactly the way to go. Also make sure that you have fresh fruit. The ones which are canned or processed aren't all that good. If you feel like hogging on something then you can choose to do so with vegetables. If you have the leafy green vegetables, then these are the best ones for you. You also need to stop having snacks in between your meals. But if you really want to have something, then go for vegetables.
Switch to white meat
White meat basically includes fish and also fowl and it is a lot better than red meat. You have to stop having pork. If you have little pork then it will help in fat loss. The best thing to do would be to try and stick to a vegetarian diet if you really want to lose weight fast.
